In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Administrative Measures for the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises” (Guoke Fa Huo [2016] No. 32) and the “Guidelines for the Recognition and Management of High-tech Enterprises” (Guoke Fa Huo [2016] No. 195), the first batch of 9,211 high-tech enterprises identified and reported by the Jiangsu provincial recognition authority in 2023 (see the attached list for details) are hereby publicly announced for filing. The public notice period is 10 working days. Contina is one of the high-tech enterprises recognized and reported in 2023.
